Ze Filing is a private document-preparation service operated by Ze Filing LLC. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a bank or a government agency, and we do not give legal or tax advice. Government agencies (the IRS, U.S. states, Companies House) and banks make their own decisions.
Your responsibilities
You must give us complete, true and current information and documents, and tell us about changes. You confirm you have permission to submit documents of any other person. You are responsible for your business, its taxes and its compliance.
Prices and payment
Our service fees are shown on our Pricing page. Government fees are charged at cost and confirmed before you pay. We start work after payment is received unless agreed otherwise.

Processing times depend on government agencies and are estimates, not guarantees.
Our work
We prepare and file documents based on the information you give us. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or late information, or by decisions of government agencies, banks or payment providers.
