Full refund
If we can’t complete your order, you receive a full refund within 5 business days.
Partial refund
If you cancel after work has started, we refund your full service fee. We only deduct third-party fees we have already paid on your behalf (for example state filing fees, registered agent fees or other government charges), because we can’t recover them. We’ll tell you the exact amount before you confirm the cancellation.
The registered agent fee ($49/year) counts as a third-party fee once it has been paid.
No refund
Once an order is completed, it is not refundable.
Government fees
Government fees already paid to the state or IRS are not refundable by us.
